About 2 hours ago, I purchased the 15 min response telephone support. No one has called me. Has your company gone out of business? Two days ago, I purchased the Linux Optimization and Plugin configuration package. No one has called me either. What’s going on???? I paid good money for these services.

  • This has been known for years now. I wouldnt recommend paying anything. They have long taken the money and run. And leave open the pay portal to scoop in new victims.

As others have pointed out, your best course of action now is to reverse the charge and change the card #.

Let me be clear, you will never, EVER get what you purchased. But you will get a bill for it.

I must chime in on this issue as well. These crooks took my $99 and never refunded my money back for the crap product that does not work. Tried to reach out 3 times, never got any response back.

This plugin should be removed from the repository for such horrific practices. Looks like I am not alone either!

I have contacted my bank, but it takes a while for them to process such requests, since you have to explain in writing what happened.

EVERYONE, BEWARE AND NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM W3TC!

I reached out months ago with some bug reports and never received a response. That said, I haven’t paid for any of the features that W3TC has provided.

It’s not right to ignore request from paying customers. I would attribute this to fatigue over the volume of support requests and which I wouldn’t wish upon anyone.

I imagine you’re right, but surely the thing to do is to either:

    a) recruit another support staff member, or
    b) issue an apology and refund for those additional premium support request they can’t fulfill, or
    c) stop accepting payments for support requests and modify the plugin/webpage to reflect this change

We’ve had similar problems with W3 Edge. Paid for premium services but never received a response.

Over the last few years we’ve accumulated significant experience with W3TC. If you need help please feel free to contact us at support@reliablepenguin.com

Well, the support isn’t stellar, I discover, but the members here sure are nice! 🙂
