Terms & conditions button too close

hello, I think there’s much more to this than simply adding some CSS to bring the button down, the button seems to be overlapping with the order notes, I think this may be an issue with the theme itself, please send us a ticket by emailing friends[at]themeisle.com so we could take a closer look.
