I have tried several times to unlock this and have also filled in the field with the email address I used for admin several times.
I am getting the following message but the expected email has never arrived.

Your request was received
We received a request to email “xxxxxxx@gmail.com” instructions to unlock their access. If that is the email address of a site administrator or someone on the Wordfence alert list, they have been emailed instructions on how to regain access to this system. The instructions we sent will expire 30 minutes from now.
Please help.

Did you try using the native WordPress password reset?

If this doesn’t work, let us know we will see if we can try some other alternative.

Thank you for your reply and suggestion.
I have tried doing that but I’m still not getting anything back to the email address I use for admin.
I know it’s the correct email address because I have the confirmation email I had sent when I created the site.

Hey kellio,

Kindly confirm once with Hosting that they have not stopped the mail function.

Also, try to rest the password via PHPMyAdmin.

In the reference link provided, there are steps on how to do that.
