Template selection not working

    I wanted to try out the free version of your plugin before purchasing the premium version, but I am unable to get it working. I’ve followed the steps in the video and set up a couple of test templates, but cannot select either of them on the voucher page. I’m at a loss, and wonder what I have not done that I should have done. Or could it be in conflict with another plug-in?

    Thanks for your message.

    I think you have choose white color for voucher background. If yes then you can change color from settings this will surely resolve your issue. And yes if you want to keep the white color then please provide us your website URL. We will give you CSS, so you can overwrite.
