template needs adjustments

    hello.
    Nice template.
    A few issues.
    1. the black footer is not good presentation in my opinion. Could we modify it to just text?
    I understand you want to advertise but it makes the site ugly.
    2. I would like to have a simple landing home page. It is virtually impossible to do this on this template.Also when I set a page to ‘home’ the sidebar widget disappears. In my case I would like the ‘login’on the home page.
    3. on home page I would like to remove the title.
    in menu it doubles up.
    Home
    Home.< need to be able to remove this title.
