• I made a new template. All the files are there, and everything looks fine. In WordPress, though, the link to my template is the ENTIRE TEXT of my stylesheet!! And it won’t allow me to select it. I’ve chmod’ed the files…looked at the original styles for other themes, and I can’t fix it. HELP!!

Okay…I think I’ve fixed it…and I think the problem was simply that I needed to add a couple of spaces between the last line of the css template information and the end of the comment.

    I mean…once I did that it fixed it…weird, huh?

Er…You used Dream Weaver MX 2004? if so, Thats the problem. Did you upload it in ASCII mode?

Also, do not save your template files as Macintosh files. Save as Windows or Unix files. See here for slightly more info.

Glad you guys replied…I’m trying what you just suggested. I know I uploaded in ASCII, but I think I might just try opening and saving in a text editor to see if that works.

I had my FTP client (Transmit) set to Auto. When I switched to plain text, it fixed the problem.

Thanks again for the links…those helped a lot!
