    HI there ive downloaded a wordpress theme that ive been playing around with background colors etc and loving it! This is my first wordpress site so this might seem a bit of a stupid question but i have changed the color’s of some of the png files to black and updated them on my ftp but it isnt updating on the site im working on? Am i missing something?

    The images may be in a cache, view the page and ctrl + F5, if they do not refresh then they may be cached on the server.

    Hi david thanks for that ive reset my safri but its still the same 🙁 so they must be cashed on the server is there a way of accessing the files via wordpress? or refreshing the server?

    I dont know if u have a local server installed for test purposes ?

    If you replaced the images, same type and name, (case sensitive) then it should work.

    Yeah i saved over them i even tryed doing a new file called menublk.png but then there was nothing there at all?

    Is there a way to update the files in wordpress?
