Template changes not updating on website

After making changes to the Template (via Pages), I save the changes, preview the page – all is fine, changes are there.

If I physically go to the website (via browser) the changes are not there – the url is showing that of the demo template and the page is as per the demo template, eg. not showing my changes.

I have also made changes via Theme Options and these do not show on the actual website either.

Can anyone help?
