Tempera child theme not working

    I have created Tempera child theme but it doesn’t seems to be working. Stylesheet is not loading. I have added just a style.css file in my child theme with code:
    /*
    Theme Name: Tempera child
    Description:
    Author: Jayant
    Template: tempera

    */

    @import url(“../tempera/style.css”);

    I have tried clearing cache but it’s not working. Everything looks distorted when i activate the child theme. Please help.

    I have deactivated the child-theme right now because it wasn’t giving a good viewer experience.
