temp folder?

    This is probably the dumbest question on earth, but I have to ask…
    I am trying to install some plugins, and I keep seeing a reference to the “temp” or “tmp” folder…but I don’t see it anywhere on my server…
    What and where is this folder? I think I need to chmod it…do I have to create it?

    PLease, be more specific: what plugin, where do you see reference to temp etc.

    A couple of them…
    um…
    AuthImage, and two others, I think.
    I saw comments referring to this folder and chmodding and etc.
    I don’t have any “temp” folders in the directory is all…

    Check the AuthImage instructions one more time. I believe that it tells you to create a temp directory (folder) and where to do so.

    Nope…actually that wasn’t the problem at all, but knowing I need to create them will help me when I start on the other plugins…
