temp folder missing | WordPress.org

I could not add content to media its gives an error of missing temp folder, is there any solution.

Try changing the permissions of the /wp-content/uploads/ directory to 777. If that doesn’t work, move up one step and change the permissions on just the /wp-content/ directory to 777.
