It seems you selected to show the rectangle icons after posts under question 3. If you want to make changes to those, please do that under question 3.
If you want to show the (round) icons before or above posts which you selected under question 1, please use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/ultimate-social-media-plus/ (still free). In that plugin there is an option under question 3 to do so.

I selected the rectangular size after the post in section 3.
I also selected telegram to be shown on section 1.
Ok, so which icons do you have currently selected under question 3?

Only Facebook and Twitter, telegram didn’t appear there
Right. That’s why Telegram doesn’t show.
Could you please select under question 3 to show the “Round icons”? Those are the ones you select under question 1.

You mean original icons? When I select it still telegram not appearing

What’s the page url where you placed the icons on?
I mean the page (on your website) where you are placing the icons on.
You mean the icons on e.g. https://focusethiopia.com/123-2/, right?
As mentioned above: Please select “Icons I selected the above” under question 3.
