Technical difficulties?!

    Help!
    “this site is experiencing technical difficulties”
    Have not been able to access site for some time. Can’t do any of the recommended soloutions because I can’t even get into any of the admin. Even my log in details had vanished from WordPress.org so I had to make a new account just to post this.

    Please advise!
