Tax Rate Missing

    Hello,

    The tax rate is not shown in the order details page after the customer placed an order. The tax rate is also not shown in the admin panel when viewing order details. This is how it is displayed in the tables.

    KDV ():

    KDV is the name of the tax and I set it up under the Tax Settings Standart Rates. I gave the Tax Name KDV (%18) because otherwise, I could not show the rate on the tables in cart and checkout pages.

    What might be the problem? Could you please help?

    Hi @hatupen

    Can you please send us a screenshot of your tax settings when you go to WooCommerce>Settings>Tax

    It may be that the prices are set to include tax in those settings as explained here:

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
