    Hey…

I got an issue where all of my prices on variable products are being displayed without tax? I have checked that I will enter prices inclusive tax.

Any idea what I can do in order to resolve this?

    Hi there,

Check to make sure your variable products aren’t using a different tax class or status. In the general settings tab of your product data in the Edit Product page, make sure the correct tax status and class is displayed. Also check the variables tab, open each variation and check the tax class setting as well. It sounds like you might have them zero rated?

    Hi Linda,

Everything seems to be setup correctly. I got 25% tax and each variation got the tax class of “same as parent”. The parent item is fine but none of the variations is adding tax.

I’ve also tried to change the “same as parent” tax class setting under the variables tab to “standard”. That didn’t work either….

So to confirm, if a variation has an entered cost of $100, it is showing as $75 on the product page?

I’m struggling to replicate this, so the best thing to do would be to narrow down what’s needed to replicate / rule out possible conflicts. This guide will help: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4
