Tax not showing

Hi guys,
The problem is, as title says, with taxes. Taxes are now showing, when order is fulfilled, just as 0 in total (includes 0.00 Tax).
I saw similar problems that other user had before, which was caused by missing table (woocommerce_tax_rate_locations) or with table with 0 prefix in it. Unfortunately, I do have that table and it is without 0 prefix.
Taxes are enabled, based on store location, inclusive in prices (in Shop and in Cart), Standard Rate (10% for books).
WP is last version, and so is WC. Theme is Storefront 2.0 (customized child theme), all plugins are up to date as well.
I even tried to disable and enable WC (although I felt it was like “If you move mouse faster, things happen’ faster” action).
So, if anyone has suggestion, I would be very thankful.Cheers,

tried with turning off the plugins, but still the same result, with no tax displayed. And one thing I forgot, it’s a simple products site (no variations, no downloadable goods etc.).
So, if you have any ideas, I’ll appreciate your help.

AleksaYour theme overrides all template files (bad practice, themes should only override what they need to change). Can you switch to another and retest?
I switched back to original Storefront theme, nothing changes. I even tried with some other themes (Twenty Sixteen, Square from HashThemes) and still nothing.
When you view the actual order in the backend, are the taxes set there or do they have 0 values?
No, there’s no tax field on order page in the backend, only fields with qty, price, shipment and so on… However, when I view PDF Invoice, there is, as it is on front end, 0 value of tax.
Sounds like no tax is actually applying here. Show me your tax rates, tax settings, and what shipping address is on the order.

What about the tax rates screen itself? I want to see the rates you have for serbia.
Here is a reduced rate and here is standard rate.
I must apply both of them, because reduced (with priority 1) stands for products (books,) and standard (with priority 2) is for shipment, which is also checked in that row.This is wrong then. You need to add both rates to standard if both must apply. Products can have 1 tax class only.
RS_RS is also not valid. Remove it.

But, here’s a thing: I had to delete taxable shipment, because, both taxes were added to product. So, now I have Standard rate (10% for product) and shipment, which price is whole price (price with included tax). Is there is a way to show tax amount for shipment in order?Not sure what you mean there? All taxes defined apply to products and shipping. If you need separate shipping taxes, make a new class and then set the shipping tax class in WC > Settings > Tax.
