    Seems that tax exemption flag in user’s profile is being ignored and taxes are still being applied.

    Hi Thomas,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Actually, we have a priority-based option on WholeSaleX. Kindly go the WholeSaleX> Settings> Pricing / Discount Priority.

    Then, drag the Profile to the Top, it should solve the issue

    I understand. Unfortunately, the error persists on Admin Orders. The front-end is fine but when an order is added manually via shop manager/admin, and the “recalculate” button is clicked, the taxes are forced, even if the user selected has the flag set. Used to work, but, I have seen Woo have updated their tax plugin, so they likely broke Wholesalex.

    Thanks, you’re right. The tax exemption is not working for the back-end order placed.

    I’ve added this issue to our developer list – WHL-1259

    Hopefully, our developer will address this issue in our upcoming update.
