Tax calculation problem

    Hello guys,

    After one of the latest update, Woocommerce is no longer calculating taxes on the checkout and cart page anymore, we use tax jar to generate the rates for each location, and under standard rates, there is all rates for each area but when you choose a state for example in the checkout, the tax rate is not being calculated.

    Please advise.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    That is quite strange. I am running WooCommerce 7.1.0 on my personal site and taxes are calculated on my end.

    I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
