    Hello,

    I am looking at 2021 taxes, the taxes under revenue tab shows as $3740 and under Taxes tab shows as $4373. Why would the 2 number not match?

    Also under the revenue tax i can see a message that states “full refunds are not deducted from tax or net sales totals” what does this mean? this is a hoover over message under revenue and then taxes

    This is on latest version of woocomerce and latest version of wordpress

    I have done the following as a tshooting step, however the numbers are the same
    As a first step please go to: WooCommerce ➔ Status ➔ Tools ➔ Clear analytics cache.
    Once cleared, you can re-import the data from the bottom of the page at Analytics ➔ Settings, and check again.

    Anyone? I assume a lot of shops have this issue and its a fairly critical thing.

    Hey @thisisnuts,

    Thanks for bringing this up. I checked several of my own sites and these numbers match on all of them. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.
