I installed this plugin and now my products have sales tax added in the google product ads. This is a new development. It wasn’t an issue with the feed tool I used before this.

I am a paid user of this tool. I was hoping there was some help option other than wishing for help in a forum.

Might this be a merchant center setting and unrelated?

Hi Tom,

When you have set-up taxes in Google’s Merchant Center than that is the cause yes. This Google page explains how to add them (similar to how to remove them): https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/160162

Our plugin does not add the g:tax field to product feeds so it could not have done it.
