I can’t send email. When I check the system status, I get the following error under Task Scheduler:

<html><body><h1>503 Service Unavailable</h1> No server is available to handle this request. </body></html>

My email address is verified and everything has worked so far

    Hi there @dm123123,

    Thanks for reaching out!

The “503 Service Unavailable” error means your server is overloaded and may be exceeding CPU limits which are set by your hosting company. One thing that may trigger high CPU usage is the task scheduler.

You can read more about it here: What is the Newsletter Task Scheduler?

Can you please check what’s selected in “MailPoet > Settings > Advanced > Newsletter task scheduler (cron)”?

I’d suggest changing this temporarily to “Linux cron” by Setting the Server Side Cron (Linux Cron) and checking if this prevents the error from happening.

I hope it helps! Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thank you!

    Hi there @dm123123,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
