Targeting condition suddenly missing

    Hello, somehow all my popups lost information about targeting condition and all popups load on each page.

    Is there any way to retrieve data about popup targeting condition from backup database?(older version works, but new data are missing and so I can´t use whole database….)

    Hi David,

    We’re sorry to hear that happen. 😔 There’s no way to “retrieve” targeting condition data from a backup database.

    I guess what you can do is load the site backup to a local or staging install and then manually reference the targeting setup from the backup to the new one.
