Talkback in posting panel

I’m wonderinf if there is a plugin for this:

My site has already had the problem of double posting with someone posting a story then someone else post it 5 minutes later not knowing it was posted. Is there a plugin or something that gives a chat room or talkback thread or something in the Posting Panel so all of the authors and administrators can see it and can talk to each other?
