Taking Moto Orders

    Hi,

    We are migrating from Magento to Woocommerce. We periodically have customers (all DTC) that are not very connected and require us to take their order over the telephone or even mail order.

    The process for doing this natively within Woo seems longwinded and not at all user friendly, especially if we need to create a new customer. Are there any plugins that can help us with this, user account lookup and order creation, or a CARM plugin service that can do the same?

    This is separate from payment processing – we have a payment processor and are working on integration with Woo although they are not quite there yet. We can process payments offline in the mean time.
