Take 2 (i.e. fun with tables)

I posted a thread the other day trying to figure out how to integrate wordpress into a php site. Well, I got the integration part down. But now I’m stumped as to how get the positioning where it’s supposed to be. My site is

Notice how the two boxes are misproportioned. I can’t figure out how to fix that. I scoured my code for any extra or misproportioned td and tr tags, but found nothing wrong.
