Tags not workingg

I have an issue I’m stuck on…
I’ve created two custom post types – Reports and Resources – using CPT UI plugin.

For both CPTs I’ve associated Tags with them, so that Posts, Reports and Resources all share the same Tags taxonomy.

I then created an “Archive – Tags” template to display any post type that has the Tags taxonomy.

I used the Ele Custom Skin plugin to create a Loop template (named “Loop – Tags”) to use in the “Archive – Tags” template.

I’ve tried numerous ways, but I cannot get the page to show a list of posts, resources or reports that have a specific Tag. Eg: https://rsereview.org/tag/age-inappropriate/ (should be 12 posts)
