This may be a theme issue but unless you provide a link to a page demonstrating the problem, no one will be able to offer much in the way of assistance.

Can you drop a copy of your page.php template file into the WordPress pastebin and post the pastebin url here. Perhaps someone will be able to spot the problem and suggest a solution.
every time i use the wysiwyg it strips the <p> tags. i have to put them in html manually. not fun.
Don’t use any markup in the Visual Editor. Use the HTML tab instead.
its this plugin. everytime i tell it to automaticly insert page breaks it strips the <p> tags.

this suxs as its a nice plug but i have a static background for the layout and don’t want content running over the boundry’s of the template background.
