Tags for email

I have my tags all sorted for my email copy of the form answers, but I am having trouble getting this one right.

The questions are in this format. It works correctly on submission but I’m not sure how to phrase it in the mail section so that the responses are emailed to me.

Question 1 (required)
[checkbox* q1 exclusive “I prefer to build up slowly so I don’t feel overwhelmed” “I like to hit it hard from the start”]

Please can anyone help?
