You can achieve this with CSS by applying a width of 430 pixels to the tagline.
May I ask, have you a Child Theme or a Custom Style/CSS plugin?
Under editor tab, I’m looking under the style.css tab to try to edit the tagline, but can’t find it to change the pixels?
I’m assuming it’s a Child Theme, or whatever is more automated- not sure how I check?
thanks!

It’s not a child theme, which of the options (mentioned in my first post) are you willing to implement?
I’m not sure, what you mean by options? I’m trying to follow your suggestion, but not sure where I can change that in the CSS (where the code is and how to do it?)
Do not edit the Twenty Eleven theme. It is the default WordPress theme and having access to an unedited version of the theme is vital when dealing with a range of site issues. First create a child theme for your changes.
