    Hi community,

I’m writing this message as I am desperately trying to fix a TaxoPress issue with the use od a themebuilder such as elementor pro. Let me clarify.
I have set my categories and my tags for all the posts/articles that I have on my blog. But, as you will see for the page I am asking help for (it’s just an example so that you can understand what I mean), when I put TAGCLOUD with the page builder of Elementor Pro the cloud contains most of the tags but not the ones that I effectively chose to post. Hahaha..I’m desperate. Plus, I have just found out that if I come back to “wordpress admin” of that post/article I don’t see the tags (where it says add tags and separate with a coma). I see the tags if I go to taxopress “modify all the terms”.
    Could you, please, help me?

    Best Regards,

    Barbara

    Hi @barbarabologna86

    Thanks for using TaxoPress.

Sorry, I don’t fully understand this feedback.

Could you give us instructions on how to create the problem on a test site?

No worries. I was a bit confused too by the technical issue I was facing, hahaha. BTW, I solved it.

Thank you so much for your answer.

    All the best,

    Barbara
