The TAG formatting is not working in the heading of smart slider 3 – I select the tag H3 in the drop down but the formatting does not change when on the site.

The font I’m using on the site for h3 is not one that is in the font selection in the heading dialog box.

Any ideas?
(site is internal so I can’t share the URL).

I’m wondering if using CSS would help but that doesn’t seem to work either. I set up both a class and an ID but not sure how to include them in the box to make them work.

You can set the font family at Smart Slider 3 > Layer window > Design tab: https://imgur.com/dnNRBpH

If you want to set the font family or other CSS styling to the Smart Slider 3 headings as well, make sure you’re using strong enough selectors. A simple
```
h3 {
font-family: Arial;
}
```

Or if your problem is that you want to use the formatting from the slider, but it looks different, then the problem will be that something on your site (e.g. the theme or another plugin) uses too strong CSS codes, probably unnecessarily and overrides our styling.
