Tag Board Question and Advice

Im trying to put a tag board or something similar in my side menu that summarizes what people have said in the comments section. The example Im trying to use is something like this site has: http://www.chrisdemay.com/thoughts
Does anyone know who offers this?

That’s a “Recent Comments” type thing.
There are a couple in the wiki I think……
