The parameter is “tags”. You can use something like:
[catlist tags=mushrooms,pancho]
And it will display all the posts with the “mushrooms” and “pancho” tags.

It seems it work.
Problem was not “tag” argument, but the “”.
Please, update your README.
In the example, appears tag=”videogames”
That’s weird, it does work with the ” for me. But I just updated the README anyway, so it’ll be right on the next version.

Maybe you can update OTHER NOTES section in WordPress.org.
It will get updated when the new README gets uploaded to the svn repo.
