It sounds like you are running into some sort of javascript error, or something similar. Are you seeing any sorts of errors or anything?
since Flatsome is a premium theme I don’t have access to test against the theme. Are you using the most up to date version of the theme?

Hi, I tried with Twenty Twelve and got the same issue.
Is this compatible with other plugins? I have several. But if the tabs do not show for me to edit them, it will be an issue.
I see them in the front end but not the back end after I go back to the product.

Yes this plugin is compatible with other plugins.
Are you able to test what plugin is causing the conflicts? What other plugins do you have installed?

The plugin that is conflicting is https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-multiple-free-gift/
I am thinking this could be resolved but i do not know how. I do need tabs and the Multiple free gifts.
