Tabs inside a tab

Hi, first of all please forgive my poor english, I’ll try to explain my question as clear as I can.
The question is: Can I use Tabs inside a Tab? I mean have a top list of tabs like “tab 1, tab 2, tab 3” and inside the “Tab 1” have another set f tabs like “tab 1.1, tab 1.2, tab 1.3”.

I did bruteforce and the result is “Warning: implode(): Invalid arguments passed in /home/wuittpkm/public_html/srgweb/wp-content/plugins/easy-responsive-tabs/easy_res_tab.php on line 163”
I guess is because the tags for closing the /restabs is the same for both. Any thoughts or solutions to this?
