Tabs "bounce" open as well

Hello,

I as well am having difficulty with the accordion tabs “bouncing” open momentarily just to close. The url is http://timerguys.com/index.php/services/ and I have already tried deactivating all other plugins except responsive accordion and the issue remains.

The website theme is Celestial – Lite and is up to date. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
