that usually WP Rocket’s “Delay JavaScript execution” creates this issue, but I have seen it with Nitropack too. You should try to exclude us from your optimization plugin the way you see in our documentation and that should help.
Yes, I have blocking some countries against SPAM, so you can’t see.
What files should I exclude from WP-rocket?
Yes I managed to configure WP-Rocket, to exclude the files, but the results under PageSpeed Insights are less good, what to do?
