    Hello guys am using tablepress plugin to create a table, i want to add a search icon in the searchbar with a text “Search here ” inside the search bar does anyone know how i can achieve this ?

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    For the icon, you could probably use some CSS code that adds and image as a background image. For the text, you could look into using the “placeholder” attribute. This can e.g. be added by add this to the “Custom Commands” text field in the “Table Features for Site Visitors” section on the table’s “Edit” screen:

    "language": { "searchPlaceholder": "Search here" }
