TablePress Content seems non-searchable …

    Hi

    It appears Better Search isn’t seeing the content of TablePress tables I use in my WP posts.

    The WP basic search widget does search the tables, but my problem is that the posts are not sorted by date posted. Hence my search for ‘Better’ Search.

    Better Search resolved my ‘search results listed by date posted’ issue, but isn’t pulling the postings when the data is in a TablePress table.

    Is there something I’m missing, or some simple workaround?

    Hi, that is indeed the case. TablePress uses shortcodes for this and as a result it isn’t indexed in the current version of the plugin since that isn’t how the default posts table is set up. In a future version of the plugin, I plan on creating a new table exclusively for post content that will allow this indexing with all shortcodes processed.
