Tablepress conflicting with nextgen

We have been using tablepress to create this
table with links to a paper column.

When you clicked the the link to the column page it used to show up in lightbox from nextgen on the same page, but now it shows on a new page and no lightbox.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
