Could you share some screenshots of the issue you are facing? In which column you are trying to reorder?

The field we are trying to reorder by is the one called webinar date, which is a date advanced custom field but clicking on the header only reorders the items not by date but by the 1st number on the date, is there any way to reorder the items by date based on the info on the custom field?

You have to add class text_with_number for column. You able to add class by expand column from Table Edit.
