Duplicator v. 1.1.34
Used installer.php to install freshly created package. Failed to create all tables that used a datetime default value. Fixed by changing all datetime default values from ‘0000-00-00 00:00:00’ to ‘2000-01-01 00:00:00’

You might try and disable your Mysql Mode settings the next time you run into the issue. On the installer goto > Step 1 > Adv Opts > MySQL Mode > Disable or set any one of the modes that meet your MySQL server setup requirements: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/sql-mode.html
