Tabbed Content Anchor Links

Internal link that causes below issue is on START HERE tab and is Housing, Food, Basic Needs Support

When using Tabbed Content block, I set the Tab Anchor to a word, and then link it in the content of another tab. It works, except once I click the link, it jumps me to the correct tab that was linked, but now all of the tabs will show as the Active Tab, so all of the tabs are “highlighted” in the colors of the active tab. The only way to get it to stop showing all tabs as the active tab is to go back to the original tab, click the internal link again, and then click one of the tabs, and all of the highlighted tabs go back to the colors of inactive tabs except for the actual active tab.
