tab order not working in pro version

    hi,
    I just bought the pro version of custom profile menu pro plugin for buddypress; unfortunately for some reasons I cannot arrange tab order, I explain better:

    I can drag and drop the tabs but when I set them in the order I want, they still appear random in the profile menu.. my order is not respected.

    is there a way to fix this? I hope so, since I am a paying user and in the product download chart it is clearly said that the pro version allows to set tab order.

    one more thing,
    when I tried to use this contact form to get in touch with the plugin developers, the message I write is sent to MY email account with this message:

    It seems that there is a conflict between our plugin and another plugin you have installed. Would you please kindly deactivate all your plugins (except BuddyPress of course) and see if this fixes the problem?

    hello again,
    i’ve made several experiments to make your plugin work on my site, but had no luck. Since I haven’t heard from you and had the urge to fix this, I found another free plugin which is doing the job.

    I tried to get in touch with you but the sensible plugin site seems down. Just wondering if there’s a way to get my money back.
