Okay, the settings are correct.
This might be a multi-language compatibility issue.
Are you using a multi-language third-party plugin for your site? If yes please share those settings as well.
Also, try a few more cases like, create a new attachment and check it’s working or not?

No, not working. Tried adding new product with attachment and still not showing.
