Maybe your problem seemed to be simple for you, but that screenshot-image with those edit line you draw is so complicated, I don’t understand what the problem is, what you want to do; even though try to solve it a few times!
So; Will you be a little bit specific about the situation. What you want to have? What is the problem?
Also, if there is a live site, a link will be great to find out if it is just a css issue or to see what is wrong etc.
Your setup is also important, such as: Which theme are you using? WP, WC, … versions?
…
Thank you, I was able to have some changes on this concern, by adding a code that i used before, but it seems to only displace the location, and still display’s as a tab on top of another tab. what i wanted to do was to display them in the default display of the tabs on top of the content, and flied in one line, the theme i’m using is the avada theme ver 3.5.3 and wordpress ver 4.0, Here is the link of the product it self

thank you for responding.
Almost all “display issues” are related to theme’s css style properties,
same goes for your situation.
As you can see from your themes default product page:
http://theme-fusion.com/avada/product/adidas-premium-basics-hoodie/
The descriptions setup as vertical tabs on left side, content on the right side.
Most of the Woo’s themes displays a horizontal tab on top, as in

http://demo.woothemes.com/canvas/shop/flying-ninja/
But in some themes, they also use that vertical tab display:

As you can see from these examples,
Tab displaying is a theme feature;
and you can configure/modify it as you like.
Although the “default” tab style is to line them horizontally on top, your theme chose to re-align them vertically on one side.
You can re-modify those css style rules for your own needs..
