System Mail from Elementor without content

    Hello,

    I receive mails from Elementor from time to time and I don’t know the purpose of those Mails. They have the following content:

    New message from "fictionary world"

Email: *customer e-mail address*

---

Datum: 13.09.2022
Zeit: 11:12 pm

Benutzer Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 12; SM-N975F) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/96.0.4664.61 Mobile Safari/537.36

    What do these E-Mails mean? Is there some error with parts of the page or something like that?

    Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
