System Emails

    Hi,

    Help Desk does not have any limit on system emails?

    Does system show any error/message while adding new system email?

    Can you please check system error?
    Admin > Help Desk > System error

    No errors are visible on the additional system emails. Five emails have been added and are working.

    Got it. The ‘name’ field has a character limitation.

    I take that back –
    WordPress database error: Processing the value for the following field failed: name. The supplied value may be too long or contains invalid data.

    Without the name, being the full email address, the email will not send and will not save.
