    When trying to purchase through the website’s checkout page, this error message appears: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

    When I disable WordFence and remove the user.ini info it works. How do I fix this and keep Wordfence?

    Hi @nistuj817,
    I’m not sure I’ve seen that specific issue before but it’s possible something is getting blocked that shouldn’t be getting blocked. Can you please enable Wordfence, then watch Wordfence Tools > Live Traffic page while attempting to make a purchase and let me know if any blocks show up there? If they do, they will give you a block reason and if you let me know what that reason is, I should be able to tell you what option you need to change in Wordfence to let the request through.
