Syntax error in additional Mail Header

Dear experts,

The plugin works great on various website I admin, however on one where I’ve installed it this week I get a syntax error when using a very basic additional mail header:

Reply-To: [your-email] (as used in the example on http://contactform7.com/adding-cc-bcc-and-other-mail-headers/)

I’ve checked the available tags, which includes [your-email], unsure how to resolve. Any suggestions?
